Are new home sales booming around the country, FL and GA are in serious trouble.?
We have a market here in the dead Michigan. Autoworkers are jobs, closing factories, state workers are laid off permanently. It's sad. We have had a chance to improve with new governor of this last election, but people kept silent even the old (by a margin very close, though, I might add). houses have been on the market in the area I live for 3-4 years. Realtors will "broker". Hoping a better year ahead, but it will not be until the dust settles and people can find jobs. No hype here, is the real deal.
